The Command & Control Center is responsible for the following functions:
Input and analysis of activities (Intelligence / Incidents / Events – routine and emergency)
Data Processing and Evaluation
Create a holistic view of the situation by fusing several data types (GIS / Events / Intelligence / Raw data from technological assets, etc.)
Generate report for decision makers
Issue operational orders (according to SOPs), and
Monitor and Audit.
The Control Room Application (IT system) is capable of the following:
Operational Task planning;
Handling Intelligence Information;
Create, manage and resolve on-going operations;
Handling routine tasks;
Alerts according to different urgency levels;
Continuous communication with top-level command; and
Daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports.
