Our mapping department has decades of experience in GIS technology and its applications. In specific, we’ve implemented urban and agricultural cadaster information systems (CIS) for large government clients around the world.
Once we define the scope and prepare a comprehensive plan that suits your needs, the process consists of the following steps, conducted entirely by our team of experts:
- Collect: high-resolution imagery from various platforms:
- Satellite imagery (low to mid-resolution)
- Aerial survey imagery (high resolution)
- Drone imagery (ultra-high resolution)
- Build: a GIS platform hosts all imagery and geographical data layers
- Update: periodically update of spatial data and changes in the data layers.
The benefits to you are immense. An agricultural cadaster, for example, contains an accurate identification and delineation of crop types and plot boundaries. These allow:
- the generation of a fully digital land-use database layer,
- a detailed land ownership registry, and
- the ability to issue certified ownership certificates.
With such a solution, land-use policy can be formulated and executed, property ownership can be registered, enforced and taxed.
