C5I stands for: Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Collaboration and Intelligence. This concept and underlying technology is at the heart of our holistic security solutions.
What is it and how can it serve you?
A C5I is like a central nervous system that drives your security force. Our decades-long experience demonstrates that a C5I center is the heart of all modernization and efficiency you may realize. When thus adapted, the C5I serves as a tremendous multiplier factor to realize cost savings and efficiencies, and enhances your force’s ability to meet its challenges with rapid, accurate and efficient responses.
It serves as the repository and basis for all the geographical-based information presented in the system. All of the command and control capabilities described herein require this layer. Additionally, by integrating various sources of information and intelligence, the GIS layer produces a common operational language shared by all the deployed assets. Finally, the combined intelligence picture and the real-time status of deployed forces vs. the opponents allows top-level decision makers to identify obstacles and opportunities in real-time and make efficient force deployment decisions.
The Command & Control Center is responsible for the following functions:
- Input and analysis of activities (Intelligence / Incidents / Events – routine and emergency)
- Data Processing and Evaluation
- Create a holistic view of the situation by fusing several data types (GIS / Events / Intelligence / Raw data from technological assets, etc.)
- Generate report for decision makers
- Issue operational orders (according to SOPs), and
- Monitor and Audit.
